The technical service department was set up when DYN started out to provide technical support by service engineers for the laboratory systems sector. Nowadays we offer over 25 years of experience and specialization in the technical service field for medical instrumentation.
Over the years, the service department has grown and today it supports the full range of the company’s business. It offers the highest level of technical support for all of the devices and instruments marketed by DYN in the field of laboratories, small instrumentation in the patient’s environment, medical instrumentation, physiotherapy instrumentation, institutional breast pumps and many other instruments.
The activities of DYN’s technical staff are based on a core of expertise and experience accrued over many years, which shows in the high degree of expertise of our service engineers, who undergo training at the instrumentation manufacturers and who are knowledgeable in maintaining various kinds of instrumentation.
As part of the activity, the engineers perform installations, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and more. In addition to the service provided for the instruments sold by DYN, the service department also provides outside maintenance services to medical institutions, which are delivered in accordance with special protocols using advanced equipment. As part of this activity we offer maintenance services for small instrumentation, consisting of maintenance, functional checks, servicing and repairs.
