    The Home Care business was set up at DYN in 1999. Until today, we continue our succesfull partnership with the German Roche Diabetes Care, one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the diabetes sector. 

     

    Over the past 20 years, DYN has promoted and implemented advanced solutions in the Israeli market for diabetes management and other innovative technologies in the field, thereby improving the lives of tens of thousands of diabetes patients.

     

    Besides the glucose meters and the insulin pump, DYN recognized the need amongst diabetic patients for additional products, and for years now we have been offering a continually-renewing range of complementary products for diabetics such as therapeutic preparations, glucose tablets and drinks, organizers for diabetes products, storage and refrigeration solutions and so forth.

     

    As part of the latest advance in the field of diabetes, we have brought the  EVERSENSE XL to Israel, which enables continuous glucose measurement ((CGM) for up to 180 days through via an under-the-skin sensor, a removable and rechargeable smart transmitter and a convenient app for real-time diabetes monitoring and management.

     

    Since 2000, DYN has been supporting the sale, service and training for home-care coagulation meters and in recent years it has been the exclusive marketer in Israel of the microINR, which guarantees a simple test and precise results from an especially small drop of blood. Over the years, we have supported thousands of satisfied customers who have regularly been taking Coumadin.

     

    In recent years, DYN has harnessed its experience in handling end-customers and has introduced a new test from the field of digital medicine in Israel for Crohn and colitis patients, which enables them to test their Calprotectin values through a home test and app which transmits the results to the attending physician without having to leave home.
     

    As part of DYN Diagnostics’ world view, we offer our customers a training system combining service and support, delivering a continuous post-sale support. We offer customer service over the phone, a special 24/7 service center for insulin pump customers and a skilled, professional team of agents, operating nationwide and providing each customer or clinic with personalized service. In addition, DYN operates localized websites with information, training and operating tutorial videos. We strive to offer the knowledge we have through difefrent platforms and nake it available for every inquiry of our customers at all times.
